Overview

i-Elevate Impact (PLSE) is a pan-African leadership and values-based empowerment initiative inspired by mother Lydia Senda, an educator whose wisdom, compassion, and awareness shaped generations. The program nurtures young women ages 17–35 to rise in knowledge, confidence, and service—equipping them to become voices of dignity, ambassadors of hygiene, and leaders of social impact in their communities.

Mission

To empower young women across Africa with tools for self-discovery, communication, etiquette, and community service, fostering confident changemakers who uphold hygiene, dignity, and leadership as everyday values.

Vision

To cultivate a generation of informed, confident, and compassionate African women who elevate themselves and others through education, empathy, and purposeful leadership.

  • Self-Identity & Confidence – Building self-esteem and emotional intelligence.

Target Group

Young women (17–35) from diverse African countries, particularly emerging leaders from under-served communities.

Expected Impact

By 2035:

  • 10,000 young women empowered.
  • 1,000 community hygiene and dignity projects launched.
  • Network of She Elevates Ambassadors mentoring younger girls across Africa.
